SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the states, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
- Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
- Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
We ship around THE US which usually takes 5 - 7 business days.
Tracking is available for all USA domestic orders. Once items are shipped over to the carrier network, we are unable to redirect packages, expedite shipping, or recall packages.
